A 15 min meditation session is included for the client to arrive early, meditate, relax, have a snack and prepare for their massage.
Each session includes:
100% Essential Oil use.
-Direct inhalation aromatherapy.
-Diffusion aromatherapy
-Full body massage (adductors included).
-Facial massage
-Hot towels on feet, back and face.
-Massage gun use
-Hot stones anywhere on the body.
-Pressure of choice (light, firm, medium or deep)
-CBD Oil, Biofreeze and contrast therapy (addd-on)
-Snacks include mixed nuts, gourmet chocolate, Andes mints, and tea upon request.
