Yes — the four 30-minute sessions are flexible and may be scheduled anytime during your membership year. Book by phone or text; all prepaid sessions can be rescheduled without cancellation fees, allowing you to adapt appointments to changing needs and schedules.
CBD oil, Biofreeze, and contrast therapy are available as add-ons. Mention at booking to include them; fees may apply depending on chosen therapies. Essential oils, hot towels, hot stones, and standard amenities are included at no extra charge.
